  Bulk bought 5 large terracotta pots from owner Amy and was told with no explaintion as to why I would get no discount. Accepting this fact I carried on with the purchase... I was after 6 pots so I asked for an order to be placed for more. 8 weeks later I receive a text message saying they are in. When I find the time I make it to the shop Amy didn't move from her seat. We Put a pot in my car and Amy comes over (now) to Tell me each pot is $9 more expensive. I am simply told that the price of terracotta has gone up?!? And when I question Amy about it (& her lack of wanting to begin a customer business relationship..) She near on yells at me. In front of other customers. Her defence being "I have spent 8weeks ordering these pots in?!?" Ah.. Ok. I walked off. Where was it in the text message you sent me prior to me driving all the way to your shop, advising me of the price hike?? So~I'll be advising all my friends of how unstable you are and how disappointed I am.
